We will work collaboratively to support you in achieving your goals. I offer individual therapy for a range of concerns, including managing and coping with symptoms of psychosis, mood disorders, depression, stress and anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, and other life challenges.
I believe in a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. I use traditional Talk Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
